Use systemtap where appropriate

Summary
Add systemtap probes in any linux component:
- guest user space (vdagent)
- spice-gtk? does it have maybe a nifty gtk systemtap extension
- spice-server
- qemu spice parts (qemu has very good infrastructure for this, this can be the first part)
